Howling wolf Variscite necklace

This piece is special to my heart! When I was a little girl my dad whittled a howling wolf picture for me out of a slice of pine. That picture has always hung on my wall and anytime I see a howling wolf depiction, it reminds me of my dad. I think he would have liked this one, it’s an homage to him. 

The stone is a beautiful piece of green variscite. That stone is very closely related to turquoise but it’s known for its distinctive green color.  The chain is 18 inches. All sterling silver and handmade in Broken Bow,OK.
